Scott Hill is an affordable housing community dedicated to supporting older adults and individuals with disabilities. Designed for independent living, Scott Hill provides safe, comfortable, and well-maintained apartments for residents age 62 and older, allowing them to remain active, connected, and rooted in the community they call home.

Located in the scenic Alleghany Highlands, Scott Hill has a long history of service. The site originally served the region as a hospital in the late 1800's, providing care to generations of residents across rural Virginia and West Virginia. Today, that legacy continues through a mission focused on dignity, stability, and access to affordable housing for seniors on fixed or limited incomes.

Operated by Coordinated Services Management, Inc., with oversight from a local nonprofit Board of Directors, Scott Hill exists to serve both its residents and the broader community.
