One Fight Inc. is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing assistance and support to individuals battling cancer and chronic illness in Alleghany County and surrounding areas. 

We understand the financial and emotional strain that medical treatments, doctor’s appointments, travel, and everyday expenses can place on patients and their families. With the support of local businesses, volunteers, and generous donors, we provide care packages, education, assistance, and ongoing support to those who need it most.

   ONE FIGHT is a hand to help, an ear to listen and a way to educate individuals in the community. We strive to unite our community by supporting and paying it forward and helping to improve our communities for the future.
